Agrin UK is not a law firm and does not itself provide legal advice. We are an immigration and relocation support service that prepares and manages your case. At the final stage, your application and any legal matters are reviewed, presented and advised on by a registered Spanish lawyer (an abogado registered with the relevant Spanish bar). Any formal legal advice or representation comes from that registered lawyer, not from Agrin UK. Spanish immigration for UK nationals is all we do.

Every package includes document review, application preparation and submission, case management, a consulate appointment briefing, progress tracking and authority liaison. Certified (sworn) translations are included on our higher-tier packages and available as a preferential-rate add-on on the Starter package. Third-party costs — such as government and consular fees and apostilles — are separate and always confirmed with you upfront before you pay. See the full breakdown on our packages page.

If a refusal is caused by an error on our side, you receive a 100% refund of our service fee under our Money-Back Guarantee. The claims process is straightforward and does not require you to threaten legal action. Refusals caused by factors outside our control — for example, not meeting the eligibility or income requirements — fall outside the guarantee, and we tell you honestly before you apply if we think your case is weak. Read exactly what is and isn't covered on our money-back guarantee page.

Packages start from €1,250, with the final figure depending on your visa type and how much support you need. Government and consular fees are separate and shown upfront. We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfer and PayPal, and payment plans (typically 50% on sign-up and 50% on visa approval) are available on higher-tier packages if agreed in advance.

Most cases complete in 2–4 months. The main variables are consulate appointment availability and how quickly your documents can be gathered and translated. We give you a realistic timeline for your specific route during your free consultation.

We support UK nationals with the Digital Nomad Visa, Non-Lucrative Visa, Student Visa and Startup Visa, plus company formation, certified translations, residency renewals and post-arrival setup (NIE, bank account, healthcare registration). If you are unsure which route fits, our visa types guide compares them, or book a free consultation.

Our service is built specifically around UK nationals relocating to Spain, because the post-Brexit process and documentation are what we specialise in. If you hold a different passport, contact us first and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help with your situation before you commit to anything.

You can reach us by WhatsApp, email (info@agrin.uk) or phone. We aim to reply within one business day, and usually much faster. The quickest way to get moving is to book a free consultation.
Please note: Agrin UK is not a law firm and does not itself provide legal advice. Formal legal advice and representation are provided by a registered Spanish lawyer (abogado) at the appropriate stage of your case. See our privacy policy for full details.
